I guess there are a few positives after a catastrophe, one is national unity and the other is marked by efficiency. Right after 9/11 it took workers only a few months to clean by tons of fallen debris after the towers fell; and now only after 6 days of being hit by an earthquake and tsunami Japan is hard at work. A 150 meter section along the Great Kanto Higway was ravaged and now it looks amazing. I was on this highway myself several years ago and not once did they coffee spill out of my cup or the CD player skip a track, talk about perfection, bring this crew to some parts of the US and we’ll know the good tax payer money was well spent.
